Always start with a smidge! Use one Smidge® spoonful (20 mg). Take once a day, with food, or as directed by a certified healthcare practitioner. (See "low and slow" note below.)

Start low and slow: Smidge® supplements are high-quality, therefore, it's important to start slowly. For example, a minimal dose every other day, or even once a week, until you can determine how the supplement affects your body and what feels right for you.
How to take: Use your dosage spoon to accurately measure your desired dose of probiotic powder. Sprinkle on lukewarm or cold food, mix it in a smoothie or take it with an organic fat, like butter, ghee, emu oil or coconut oil. See dosage instructions above for more info.
Storage: Smidge® Probiotic powder requires refrigeration for long-term storage. Keep away from moisture. Can be kept at room temperature for up to two weeks while traveling.
Smidge® probiotics are freeze-dried, and freeze-dried organisms are inactive until they come in contact with moisture. The freeze-dried organisms are sealed in a non-permeable bottle to help protect against moisture during shipping and extended use and storage. Please keep the moisture pack inside for the best results.
Make sure to store your bottle in the refrigerator right away when it is received to help ensure the best results.
