30mL fresh lemon juice, strained
1 Sodii – Hydration Salts Sachet - Salty Berry (to your preference)
120mL sparkling mineral water
Ice
Instructions
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, use a gentle touch to muddle the blueberries, rosemary leaves, Sodii and honey syrup. Add lemon juice, cover, and shake vigorously with ice for 10 seconds. Next, strain the mixture through a mesh strainer into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Top it off with sparkling water and give it a stir to blend everything together.
Here are some top Sodii tips!
1) Use salt to rim the glass.
When salting your glass, start by moistening the rim with lemon or lime juice, or a simple syrup. To avoid getting salt inside the glass, hold it at a 45-degree angle and gently roll the rim through the salt. Let the salt dry for a few minutes before pouring in your cocktail. A perfectly salted rim will complement the flavours of your drink and add an extra touch of class to your presentation.
2) Make salty ice cubes.
To create Sodii ice cubes, dissolve the mix in boiled distilled water and let it cool. Pour the solution into an ice tray, adding in small fruit or flower pieces for an extra touch of elegance. Freeze the tray for 24 hours and voila! Your drinks will have a unique and refreshing twist while also keeping you hydrated.
