In our view, there are five key pillars to focus on: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress reduction and Supplementation also known as D.R.E.S.S.
D.R.E.S.S. is an acronym for a set of holistic health protocols developed by Reed Davis, founder of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. Our D.R.E.S.S. email series will delve into each of these crucial areas of health with a Functional Self perspective.
