Bulletproof Matcha (coffee-free)

Makes: 1 serving 

Matcha is not only delicious, but it’s also extremely beneficial for your health. Matcha is known to contain vitamins A, C, and K, as well as being an excellent source for calcium, riboflavin, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium, potassium, niacin and thiamine. When paired with Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil, you’ll have the ultimate health drink in your hands. 


• Kettle 
• Large mug (for mixing) 
• Milk frother or matcha whisk (recommended) 


• ½ - 1 teaspoon (depends what strength you’d like) of KIKI Organic Ceremonial Matcha Powder 
• 1 cup of water or coconut milk 
• 1 - 2 teaspoons of Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil 
• A few drops of vanilla extract 
• 1 scoop of Great Lakes Wellness Collagen (optional) 
• 1 teaspoon of macadamia nut butter (optional) 
• A squeeze of honey (optional) 


1. Boil the kettle to 70 °C. 

2. Add the Matcha Powder to a large mug and add a small amount of boiled water. (Make sure the water is not boiling.) 

3. Whisk or stir vigorously until the matcha is frothy and there are no clumps. We recommend using a handheld milk frother or matcha whisk. 

4. Add the rest of the water or coconut milk, the Brain Octane Oil, vanilla extract and any other customisations. Whisk again to blend.
